I've been a huge fan of chocolate and sweets since as long as I can remember. Fortunately, my house is such a damn fine place, I'm able to eat chocolate by the case. Below are some of the chocolate, candy, and dessert material that I've come across.

Why chocolate is better than sex.
The chocolate fountain. This fountain is located in Portland, Oregon in the Candy Basket candy store. The enticing aroma of warm chocolate cascading 21 feet over sculpted marble and bronze is a sight to see! 2800 pounds of chocolate are required to operate the fountain. Designed by Marc Accuardi and engineered by Dale Fuhr, the cascade is powered by two pneumatic pumps. Pure chocolate is heated day and night to maintain proper viscosity to create the truly marvelous sounds of a surging chocolate fall.
