How well do you know your 80's New Wave/Alternative/Pop/Rock bands? Can you name the band from a picture taken 30 years later?

Instructions:

• Click Play Game and you'll be shown relatively recent pictures of five random artists from the 80's.
• You have 30 seconds to guess the artist or band. If you answer correctly you get points equal to the number of seconds left on the timer.
• If you click on "Get Hint" then you get a hint, but will only get half the points if you get the answer correct.
• Watch the videos, because listening to 80's music is the best part of the game.

• The game currently has 180 pictures.
• The source of this game is the DJ Rio Blog of New Wave Artists Aging Gracefully... An 80's World Gone By (it includes some artists I'd classify as pop or rock, so I've titled this page accordingly!) I found myself trying to guess the artist, so I decided to turn it into a game.
• I realize it is easy to cheat, but this is just for fun, so if you really feel the need to cheat then go ahead.
• Eventually I may get around to prettying the interface up and adding other features like high scores but for now you get dull and utilitarian UI before you.
• If you want to contribute to the data set then email me the name of the artist/band, an URL to a recent picture of the artist/band, an URL to a video, and a hint.
